Want More Time In Your Day? Here’s How To Make It Happen…

October 12th, 2009 by Bob Chenoweth

Presented by Serina Kelly

QUICK TIP:

The question comes up again and again: “Just how can I benefit from using a virtual assistant?” The questioner is always surprised at how much a VA can do…virtually.

Here are just a couple ways we can save one of your most prized possessions – time:

  1. Let’s say you’re preparing a report and need the draft copy formatted. Simply send the draft as an email attachment to your VA. The VA will edit and format the document, and then return it as an updated attachment.
  2. Or maybe you want to promote your website; again, it’s VA to the rescue. The VA can submit the site’s URL, keywords, and description to various search engines on a routine basis.

There are, of course, many more ways to use a VA. What tasks would YOU like to outsource? Contact me and we’ll discuss your specific needs.

If your interactions are ruled by generosity, your rewards will follow suit.

Thinking Outside the Office

August 10th, 2009 by Bob Chenoweth

Presented by Serina Kelly

QUICK TIP:

Feeling overwhelmed?

Thinking it might be time to hire someone part-time, but not sure if you really want to go that route? Why not think “outside the office” and outsource?

Here are a couple more ways you might use a virtual assistant (VA) to help save time and money:

  1. If you have routine paperwork that must be completed daily, you could call or email the VA with the information. The VA fills out the form or other paperwork and faxes or emails it to the home office.
  2. If you receive employment applications, you could fax or scan-and-email them to the VA. The VA can then verify each applicant’s past employment, call the references, and even perform phone screenings. The VA can then report back with the findings.

There are, of course, many more ways to use a VA. What tasks would YOU like to outsource?

What Are Some Ways to Use a Virtual Assistant?

June 21st, 2009 by Bob Chenoweth

Presented by Serina Kelly

QUICK TIP:

“How Could I Use a Virtual Assistant?”

I get asked this question on a regular basis, and I thought I would start my TipTopics monthly messages with a couple ways a virtual assistant (VA) could save you time (which, of course, could also save you money).

  1. Let’s say you need to confirm weekly sales appointments. You could fax or email the list to the VA, and the VA calls the appointments, notes who has confirmed and who must be rescheduled. The VA then faxes or emails your list back to you and you can go about your sales calls with confidence.
  2. You collect business cards all month, and then mail the cards to the VA. The VA then enters the data into your database and sends it via email attachment to be downloaded into a CRM or similar contact management system. With your contacts updated frequently, you can make the right connections more often.

That’s just a couple of ways a VA could lighten your workload. What tasks could YOU delegate to a virtual assistant?

What Great Business Opportunity Is Also Good for the Soul?

June 5th, 2009 by Bob Chenoweth

Presented by Michele Urban:

Doing volunteer work can make you feel good about yourself and contributes to the greater good. What’s more, volunteering can present a great opportunity to network, whether you’re a job seeker or business professional. You just never know who else will show up to help build that Habitat for Humanity home. Whether you are a business owner or in a career transition, volunteering will help contribute to team work in the workplace and/or offer networking opportunities if you are unemployed. In either case, giving back to the community benefits your soul as well as your psyche. It’s all good, right?

Smart Start 2009: When the Going Gets Tough…

June 5th, 2009 by Bob Chenoweth

Presented by Bob Chenoweth:

When the going gets tough, the smart business professional gets tougher and demands a marketing solution that saves time, saves money AND offers peak performance. That’s why we created TipTopics.

So what makes TipTopics the peak-performance e-marketing solution?

TipTopics is powerful. TipTopics goes beyond run-of-the-mill email marketing. Way beyond. With TipTopics, you can stay “top of mind” with your current contacts AND reach hundreds or even thousands of Web visitors and other strategically targeted prospects 24/7/365. Our proprietary system even includes secure performance tracking so you can monitor — and act on — your results.

TipTopics is easy. TipTopics EZ-Build format for quick-contact emails makes email marketing simpler than ever. With certain plans, email content excerpts can even be posted to TipTopics.com as a blog or compiled into ready-made articles for bonus exposure. What’s more, we handle opt-ins and opt-outs to keep you in compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations.

TipTopics is flexible. With our adaptable service plans, you can select the best package for your unique marketing needs. You can bundle custom e-articles, quick-contact emails, print-on-demand tri-fold brochures, professional video, e-books and more. If you have suitable content ready to go, we can place it into our system and get you the exposure you deserve. We can even draw attention to your Blog.

TipTopics is all about you. Everything we create or post on your behalf is designed to showcase your expertise and business services. We even protect your competitive advantage by guaranteeing exclusive exposure (no direct competitors) on any TipTopics feature page — email or Web — where your content appears.

TipTopics is affordable. TipTopics is a remarkably cost-effective alternative to traditional media. And factoring in your time savings, we’re even less expensive than those limited-reach, hard-to-manage, do-it-yourself email marketing programs. And you can save even more with our special limited-time offer. (See below).

Still not convinced? Check out our video.

Better yet, take it from TipTopics participant Michele Urban:

“OK, this is the coolest…. It’s more professional than a blog and “T-squared” (the TipTopics Team) does all the work! Now that’s MY kind of marketing. Bravo to TipTopics! Everyone should do this!”
